Feel good

Earth And Sky

Between the earth and sky there is only faith. Each of us must strive for ascension, no matter how long the road, how steep the climb, how bad the weather, how far the ideal. Why? For that second of peace and perfection on top of the world you came from, for that road you opened to those who will follow.

Faith is the confident belief or trust in the truth or trustworthiness of a person, idea, or thing. It does not claim blindness of reason, but requires perseverence in maintaining its value statement. For example, faith is the belief that all men are equal. Then it should be possible to attain the value within the statement, or come as close as possible to this goal. The second you lose the constant action toward this goal you actually lose faith in the equality of men, you lay down your weapons in defeat.

Such is the nature of humanity: redefining impossible every day.

Cuore

The presidential candidate wrote a book about the audacity of hope, about hope in the face of difficulty, in the face of uncertainty…  People needed to hear words like these, they needed to identify themselves with positive thoughts, they felt strong when the image of strength was projected onto them. He got elected president.

“Cuore” is one of the best books available on the subject of human values, portrayed with a skillful choice of emotions translated into words. A child’s diary, it has reached beyond letters and has created a world of pure values, as seen by children. Though not running for president, Edmondo was trying to open our eyes.

Audacity is, according to one dictionary, a bold or arrogant disregard of normal restraints (when used right, it can even get you elected). This is my definition of it, through a child’s eyes.

Wish I Had An Angel

The human compromise: you get to choose everyday between being an angel or a demon. Dramatic. However, the next time you decide to do something, think which one of them is most likely to have done it for you. After a while you’ll notice a trend. Then you’ll take one of the Facebook tests (Are you an angel or a demon quiz) and find out that Facebook knows!

Bottom line, the world needs more angels. Because there is a huge balloon supply.

When in Spain watch out for tiny conquistadors, packed and ready. They must live up to their forefathers glory, so you definitely need to buy something, or else you are bound to suffer the harsh consequences. They have once conquered continents and brought civilization to the edges of the map, can they not sell some fruits? ^^

Minimal House

If there ever was a complete idiot’s guide to building a house it would have had a similar illustration. So basically you need a roof on top of the walls, some windows and a door, plus patience to assemble the parts from IKEA. Then, you grow a decent amount of grass, become a DJ and start producing music from your minimal house, thus the genre.

The Silence Of The Pigs

Clearly not the most inspired choice of situations but i couldn’t remove the tree from the frame despite my best efforts. However, from the tree’s point of view there is nothing but life, innocent and pure. The viewer may be compelled to see otherwise in which case one can only hope that it is not just hypocrisy (simple checklist below).

If you eat meat – there are some animals being sacrificed just for you!
If you drive a car – there is a specific black smoke that is all yours…
If you think “cruelty” – remember when you squashed a fly to death?

Forever autumn

So, the season of the fall begins… These words are attributed to Vivaldi who accidentally discovered that seasons can be translated into music. He was afterwards copied by some rock band that used to cry lakes. More recently another dude cried rivers. Shiver me timbers!

Formerly known as Emerald Cottage, the project was abandoned by constructors due to important strategy shifts as urban culture flourished. A new wave of houses was built accordingly: many vertical floors with crowded apartments, no view whatsoever, concrete instead of wood and streets instead of meadows.

For all those there is Mastercard; this is priceless…

There is a period in every blog’s life when publishing cats seems like the right thing to do. This may come as a great surprise to all those allergic to cats. For those about to stare, we salute you!
